We invite you to attend the 2024 Annual Conference of the Big Sky Passenger Rail Authority in beautiful Missoula, Montana—the Garden City of Montana. This year’s conference will feature updates from the Federal Railroad Administration, Amtrak, industry leaders, and keynote addresses from FRA Deputy Administrator Jennifer Mitchell and Rail Passengers Association President and CEO Jim Mathews. In addition, you’ll hear exciting news about planning for the restoration of the North Coast Hiawatha route, hydrogen fuel cell technology, and how Montana and the greater region are on the cutting edge of a rail renaissance in America. All conference meetings will be held at the award-winning Missoula Public Library. Attendance at these meetings is free of charge. However, meals must be purchased.
